St Margaret’s

Please be aware, access to St Margaret’s is via a series of 16 steps at the front of the building.

Toilets are available in our toilet block, located at the side of the building during our events (7 steps down to ground level and 5 steps up to the toilet block)

Invercauld Mews Bar

Access to Invercauld Mews Bar is via one very small step at the entrance and exit.

Highland Games Pavilion

The Highland Games Pavilion is fully accessible, with a ramp available instead of the steps to enter the building.

Royal Lochnagar Distillery

There is a step-free entrance to the Visitor Centre, Shop & Cafe at Royal Lochnagar Distillery.

Braemar Castle

Those with limited accessibility are able to drive to the front of the castle for parking. The cabin and exterior trails are fully accessible. The courtyard is accessed via one step, whilst the upper floors of the castle are only accessible via original spiral staircase (our Opening Concert will take place on the first floor).
